Biography:
Manages six employees who interact with clinicians and researchers to create novel medical devices. Tony’s facility is also responsible for all of the custom medical instrument repairs done at Cleveland Clinic. He has worked at the Clinic for 17 years and has over 30 years of mechanical experience.

Certified mold maker journeyman with over 15 years of experience in tool & die and CNC machining. Specialties: CAD design, reverse engineering, multi-axis CAM programming, CNC mill & lathe.

Biography:
Specialty: Surgical instrument refurbish and repair.

James Proudfit
Research Engineer Technician II
Biography:
Jim has thirty-five years experience with all manual machines, instrument refurbishing, welding, CAD/CAM software, CNC milling, CNC Lathe and Wire EDM. Specialties: all facets of design and fabrication.

Biography:
Don has 18 years of machine tool sales. Specialty: Tool & Die Apprenticeship.

Mark Zenbauer
Research Design Technician
Biography:
Mark has more than 20 years in the tooling and manufacturing industry. He is a state certified tool & die journeymen, with a background in mechanical and electrical engineering. Mark is also a certified tig welder and a Ohio Technical College graduate. Specialties: CAD/CAM, mechanical prototyping, machining, and instrument manufacturing.

Biography:
Walter has twenty-two years experience with all manual machines, welding, various CAD/CAM software, CNC mill w/5th axis, CNC lathe and wire EDM. Specialties: all facets of design and fabrication from prototype to finished product.
